We are raising children in history-defining times. Children who are witnessing a world full of change, uncertainty, resistance, and possibility. They don’t need protection from the world, they need tools to understand it, question it, care for it, and move through it with courage and compassion. This 5 part workshop series is rooted in 5 guiding yogic principles — trust in themselves, rest, truth telling, justice in action, and community & selfless service. We invite children and parents into practices and conversations that nurture awareness, resilience, and connection. We believe there is power in raising children who ask questions, who stay curious, and who engage rather than turn away. Children who understand that kindness is not weakness, and that care is a form of courage. Let’s teach compassion instead of fear. Connection instead of division.
