Designed for Adults who want to reconnect with the roots of storytelling, engage in creative collaboration, and gain confidence in physical self-expression in a relaxed, supportive environment. You don’t need to be an actor to join, but if you’re a former theatre kid looking to exercise those muscles without the pressure of putting on a show, this space is for you. Sessions focus on ensemble storytelling, improvisation, and character-based exercises that build presence, focus, responsiveness, and imagination. The goal is consistent practice, using storytelling as a way to connect more deeply with the work, the group, and yourself.
